How in the **** do most of you lower your cars. I've driven my car 2,600 kms since owning it in July and I've already had to fold my license plate back up so many times now. Knowing that if my car was lowered one more inch, I'd most likely smash the front lip. My car is at stock height with stock wheels and stock sized tires.
Do you just drive A LOT more carefully? Doesn't than make driving less fun? I want to get wheels soon and lower it with springs since it's a DD and I never track the car but I'm scared I'll destroy my bumper, especially since I also want a front lip.

well, most of us dont run front license plates, and you just have to learn how to sweep over speed bumps, and pay attention to the road conditions......that, and not give a **** about ripping up the front bumper/lip
i cant hardly go over a medium speed bump without sweeping over it, and i dont even have my kit on yet.....
gotta pay to play

You definitely have to change your driving style.. ie no 5mph speed bump rolls, leaving driveways as .001mph @ 45 degree angles, swirvin around potholes like a drunk driver, holding up people behind you at big dips etc.
You actually get used to it really quick.. took me like 1 day to master driveways and speed bumps

im not even that low, but going into a gas station once sideways I dont know what the guy behind me was thinking but he went to go around me- put quite the scare in me.
You just got to pay attention. I actually had to re-do my driveway this year since I went just another 1/2" lower there was no longer any combination of pulling out to get out of my driveway without scraping

If you gotta go up angles like driveways, if you can, go up them backwards/reverse helps alot since it is alot easier on the front end when it scraps the ground. It will have a pull motion rather than push when they scrape, and for me that has been alot easier on body parts. The rear bumpers on bodykits usually have a higher degree of angle too.

Its do-able. Like others said, you become more aware of your surrounding. You just have to have confidence in your driving.

I have a kit on, and am like ~1" of the ground I find that going a little bit fast at a high degree angle is the easiest. The slower you go, the more friction you get, and usually when I'm forced to go slow, the bumper gets ripped off.. and when I smash into places going pretty quick, nothing happens at all, but it does rattle the nerves a bit
Also I dnt fly up the driveway like I might have made it sound, I slow down as soon as the front bumper clears the transition part of the driveways. And then creep into the parking lot until the car is in. God its a ****** hassle sometimes

was there any special reason why the intake is on the passenger side with the n/a? i understand it would be too crowded to have the intake, turbo, and exhaust all on one side but i dont know why it was flipped for the n/a.. seems like the exhaust heating up under the intake would be a bad idea.
