so damn true ive been saying that for a while but this time i mean it just need o rings and grommets for my fuel injectors and i need to finish building my wire harness

 

Anyone have wood grain steering wheels in their cars? I'd like to buy NRG's with a chrome center.

 

I like Grip Royal's woodgrain wheels, just my 2 cents.

 

I think the Grip have a deeper dish than NRG's. I'm only 5'7" with shoes on so I sit decently close to the pedals. With only a slight bend on my left knee with the clutch depressed I'm kinda close to the steering wheel enough already. So having it closer wouldn't work. NRG is 330mm while Royal is 350mm.

It does look great though and it's 10$ cheaper! aha.

How's the sound in the cabin without the carpet/deadening? With the windows up, on the highway in 5th etc. Is it a HUGE difference?

 

Its pretty loud. You can heir every little rock the tires pick up.

What seats are those? Looks super clean. I wish mine was that nice.

 

They look like RX8 seats, but refinished to add the leather. Could be wrong but they're definitely from an 8. Looks unbelievable.
