I made it out of a sheet of aluminum with an adhesive backed thermal pad I got from Jeg's cut to fit it. Then I just had to bend it so it curved around the intake runners and bolted it on. I think I got the sheet from Burns Stainless, I also ended up buying all my intercooler piping and welding supplies from them. I think I have a better pic of it somewhere, otherwise I'll take one and put it up after work...

thanks, good idea too about the sheet, this way you can shape it and bolt it on nice
