Maybe he converted it? There are conversion kits (which make the car less desirable in my opinion)

I'm going to let reality set in for a second....
Yep. It'll probably be a pain.
Most people (not all, but most) who convert to carburetors have no idea why they're doing it in the first place. Think "retard redneck". How hacked do you think it's going to be?
Run down of what will be needed:
Engine harness
ECU
A lot of sensors
Upper and lower intake manifolds
injectors
intake snorkel
Air Flow meter
Throttle body
If you can find all that stuff for a decent price, you'll probably have enough to make it run halfway decent. Unfortunately, that's probably not a complete list :/
Edit:
Since it's carb'd, he probably installed a distributor. So you're also going to need coil packs (leading and trailing) and a crank angle sensor. And once again, there's no telling how badly hacked the remaining bits of the front chassis harness is

Nice PM!
That's the kind of attitude that will get you nowhere. There is a plethora of information that can be found by searching or reading the FAQ.
You could look up information on doing a carb swap to see if it's been done correctly etc.
Get your head out of your ***.
Good luck.

There is nothing wrong with a carburated engine. Me personally is a great simple car and if run and setup good you will have a stronger car than a efi. Do not believe everything you from people who never had one. I personally had one and it ran like a beast. In the end a carb is simple and a lil cheaper than an efi but it is your choice. I like both carb an efi
