correction, it takes ***** for the crowd to stand there....or idiocracy...

and the headlights are probably fixed up so they could remove the headlight motors for weight...

Those aren't headlights anyway, they're rally/driving lights bolted to the covers.
Think Lancia Stratos for a comparable setup.
