Needed - Pics Trunk Floor Convertible

Finally got to unpack the 1988 and noticed the trunk floor has been tampered with.
No biggie but I need to ID what has been changed and removed.
I'm guessing most has to do with the spare and jack mounts.
Thanks.
Black circle: spare tire mount ?
3) Red circles: exhaust hanger bolts ?
Green circle: ?

Black circle: hook, have two, one pictured and one opposite corner ?
Red circles with line: goes from Dside to Pside, ?

not following your question on the spare- the spare is mounted in the cabin of the vert, not the trunk

Someone probably had a subwoofer box mounted there at one point.

First picture: the big black circle is normally where the little tower thing is where the spare bolts to.. it has been cut away in your picture.

2nd Picture: black circles with hook things are for the luggage straps/ straps to tie down the targa top if you deside to use it as the FSM tells you to.

those are all i know. in your second picture the red line of circles looks like someone decided to drill through the bottom from underneath the car

the torn metal at an angle inside the cabin area is the old mounting post for the spare. The bolts near the tire post are normal. the holes in the tire stand tray were drilled prob to mount stuff. the holes near the Gas pump cover? might be as prev stated, for ghetto exhaust hangers. or i notice the baffle between the cabin and trunk are missing ill post picks of my non molested interior cabin.{edit} added photo

than my hypotheses may be correct, prior owner had a subwoofer box mounted in there, hence why they cut the spare tire hook off and drilled holes to mount it.

Thanks guys, all appreciated.
I'll weld the holes shut and remove the remainder of the spare mount.
So the bolts (red circles) are for the dual exhaust ?
The hole (green circle) takes a rubber grommet ?
