This is one thread I'm glad I can't add to. The original black paint in my engine bay is mint.

Jesse Christ. I've torn down hundreds of engines and have never seen anything close to that bad.

That looks like pure cocaine stuffed in that engine. I wonder if the owner thought it would make the car faster and tempararily deathproof.

My engine bay had rat **** and fireants in it on my parts car. I had ants eating my face, head, arms, back, everything.

nope. thanks god. the wiring in the engine bay wasnt painted nor the engine.

unfortunately, its going to the scrap yard this weekend. there is just too much work needed to save it. i just have to get the windshield out and then its outta' here.
