the neck comment was a general statement for everyone reading
dont be so sensitive, maybe you should go to a knitting or crotchet web site if you are that insulted
People will pass comments about a seat not being "safe" but then they will take the crash bar out of their front bumper to fit a intercooler, bunch of hypocrites

These are really really old pictures. I think I have pictures of my black ones from a long time ago but I don't feel like looking for them.
They were mounted in my most recent Turbo II until I sold the car. ($13k, and people think FCs have no value)
I used them in my GSL-SE for a while after that, but now they're just sitting in the living room. They'll go into the FD after I get that car finished up. They'd go in the RX-8 but I can't seem to locate a source for the rails and I don't want to butcher the stock ones.

if you order through wedge make sure they make a perfect set of brackets.. the ones i picked up a few weeks ago, for my fc, both left and right side had one bolt that was off completely!!! i should get some money back!!! the passenger side back right bolt is off bey a few hundredths and needs to be re drilled... the driver front right bolt is no where even near the hole and not to mention its too short to even redrill a new one..
wedge engineering are great but i can say they didnt make a good set of brackets for me =[ wasnt worth the money i paid imo

when installing seats its best to hand tighten all the bolts then send them home when they all line up, I had to persuade my bracket a little bit but did not have to re-drill, I had someone pull on the seat a little bit and the bolt went right in.
I would not expect brackets to jump right in and was surprised at how easily they installed. There is play in the bracket just use your head before you go drilling them out
A welding shop would have charged you ALOT more for the brackets and never mind the reach around you would get trying to get them to actually finish them for you and having to bring them the car and wonder what they might damage in the car
