I like how my thread got highjacked. hahah j/k.

That is a really nice vert shika805. I think some wide fenders might help with those wide wheels. You said you were thinking of spacers, so I thought I would throw that idea in there too. I know mazdatrix sells goodlooking wide kits.

I also agree with your exhaust. Nicely done. It's a bit big for my taste, but it does look burly lol.

btw, what do you guys think of this spoiler? I'm thinking of getting it. Probably by the end of Jan. as a late Xmas gift to myself haha:
http://www.wingswest.com/catalog/p16...duct_info.html

It's similar to the one I wanted from Mazdatrix, but I like how this one extends a bit past the trunk.

Sorry for helping in the highjack. lol

I do like that spoiler. I think it will look good on the vert.

BTW..if anyone is curious....DrKillJoy has an MX6 wing on his TII Vert....I know this because I had to beg him to tell me...it's an amazing looking car....he just doesn't really like the wing from what he has told me. Doesn't stop me from looking around for one. Nice cars on here...I have a vert...I'm a huge fan of not overdoing it because I think the stock vert look is pretty nice...anywho..not my thread..just wanted to give me two cents...

The thing about it is that mazda didnt make a coupe, theres a vert & a hatchback.
a coupe would be like the 240 with a trunk... thats a coupe..

Most people don't realize this. They call any 2 door car a coupe.

@ brink-of-time, that wing looks good reminds me a lot of my stock one on my vert, I don't see too many people have the stock wings on the verts anymore i dunno. But mine extends ever so lightly past the trunk a bit similar to the one in the picture above. Definitely get it, while I do love the look of certain verts without the wings such as shika805's I do like the look of a nicely paired wing with it as well.

@all: I really don't mind when people talk about other things lol. As long as it's about verts.

But yeah, I think I'm going to get my sister to buy it for me since she owes me $300.

@red7rising: I agree with ya there. I prefer not to over do it, but some cars look really good when done right. I just want a nice small wing, TII hood, and the mazdaspeed 17" rims.

@rxfuel: I also like how the wings extends a bit. It reminds me abit of GT racing cars for some reason lol.

Looks like a knock off of the wing Racing Beat used to make for the hard top. I'm pretty sure the picture they are using is the same one that used to be on the Racing Beat website.

even if it is, they make good stuff from what I've heard. I haven't seen the old racing beat one before, so I wouldn't know though lol.

It needs to be pedastal though so I can open my trunk lol.

^I wasn't saying there was anything wrong with it. RB doesn't make it anymore, so I'm glad someone is reproducing it. I was just saying its a copy and letting you know what it was a copy of.

It is indeed probably the best vert I've seen done. I've seen a few people try to put that kind of work in, but it doesn't come out nearly as good.

looks good and clean, might need to see some interior shots next time you get a chance, I see you have mazdaspeed seats I would like to see how they look with the interior.
I'm jealous dude I wanna start to turbo mine as well just can't justify the swap yet since I only have 80K on the NA and it still runs really well.

hahah nice, yeah I expect to just run my NA until the engine needs to be rebuilt then go from there with the turbo, Luckily I began my saving for all my turbo stuff I will need in the future sometime ago and already have a good amount saved for when the day arrives.
Those seats sound sweet, I have my seats out currently and am debating on what to do with them, while I love the headrest speakers in the car and want to reupholster the vert seats, it's just so expensive, another member turned me on to a shop that will do two tone vert seats for around 500 bills and even do it yourself replacements are just as costly. So I have began lookin at nice replacements as well just to see what some other options other vert owners have taken.

for future references man, let me know if you need some help with the setup, ive been in under on top and around this car, ive run into so much **** building this car, but just like a couple guys on this forum told me, no matter how long it takes or what you run into dont lose hope... AND DONT SELL IT FOR NOTHING IN THE WORLD OR ILL WALK TO YOUR HOUSE MY SELF AND KICK YOU IN YOUR NUTS!! BCUZ GUYS WHO SELL THEYRE DREAMS DONT HAVE ANY!!!! JK lol...

about the seats tho... wat i did was look at the picture i had those seat in my original T2.. like you i loved the headrest seats but
1. they weighed alot
2. they were gettin old and the sun hit em pretty hard
3. they Mazda Speed seats look so good with the car
4. they were so light you could life them with one arm
5. and they were comfortable

so i figured they were helping the car in a bunch of different ways...

AND PLUS I GOT THE MAZDA SPEED HARNESS'S THAT MATCH AND THEY LOOK SO SEXY!!! PLUS GIRLS LOVE EM TOO... SERIOUSLY! LOL
