SC My 91 convertible

I've had my convertible for a few months now, but my roomate had it for years before selling it to me, so I'm really familar with it and have driven it alot before buying it.

I'm working on finishing the restoration he started. He wanted to have it run/look stock. I'm finishing up the looks part, since I want to make it more fun to drive lol.

Here's a list of work I have done to it since I've gotten it:
Racing Beat Header, Presilencer
Racing Beat Springs, Sway Bars, Heavy-Duty links
Pineapple 6-port inserts
Samco Sport radiator hoses
Corksport front/rear strut braces
Corksport Radiator shroud
Restored and painted my fog lights JDM yellow, also wired them to turn on with parking lights
Hawk HP front/rear pads
new door speakers and rear drivers
"Rotary Engine" rear window decal from Mazdatrix
Mazdaspeed shiftknob

Some future projects:
Chassis Brace
new vinyl top
new leather seats
new headrest speakers
convertible wing from mazdatrix
ram air intake from corksport
large street port by Pineapple Racing
torque brace from RB
lightwieght steel flywheel from RB
Fuel Control Unit

The interior is almost nearly prestine and complete. Driver seat is starting to tear, and the steering wheel column cover is cracked. Other then that my roomate and I replaced anything cracked or ripped.

I also have a custom liscense plate in the mail saying 0 PSTNS

Here are a few pictures:

My camera sucks, but I'll try to get a few more tomarrow

I used a headlight restore kit we have here at my job, adn then used Tamaya x-24 Clear Yellow Acrylic paint to paint them yellow. Worked out really really well. In the mornings they are bright enough so I can drive with just them (I still use my headlights for state law lol).

To wire them:
I took the red (w/ black stripe) wire and spliced it into the blue(w/ black stripe) wire from the power window switch. It activates the relay, and doesn't get any dimmer, they are still just as bright. They basically come on whenever the car is on, but since it is still ran through the fog switch you can still turn them off when you want to.

Yeah thanks for the comments. I'm trying my best to keep it lookin good

Nah. I want to get a Large street port on it. That way I get the power I want without the trouble of getting new internals, the turbo, new exhaust, new ECU, etc.

I'm also going to try the NA challenge that I've seen around here lol

I can do that sure. I'll do it sometime after work or during my lunch. I have to take off the spare tire cover first.

@Andrizzanizz: Sure I'll PM ya.

Okay, so here are the pics of my rear strut brace. I've heard people say it can't fit, for reasons like: top won't fold down, spare cover wont fit, the top blacks the strut nuts. Well it fit fine except for the spare cover. All I had to do was cut a rectangle in each side and it fit fine. I took a pic of each side so you can see the holes I made.

Also since I took these here at work, I wasn't able to compress the images, so I linked them for now. lol they are about 1MB each. I'll compress them later tonight.

Thanks for the pics. Doesn't look like that much of a hassle.

Yeah no problem. It really isn't hard, start with small cuts first then move to bigger ones, it'll save you the hassle if you cut too big lol.

The edges of the top may cover the outer strut nuts, I had it do that on the right side. Just fold it up and put the bar on.

I finally got around to compressing those pictures:

I also got my "0 PSTNS" license plate in, I'll take a pic of that tomarrow.
Got a case of Idemitsu Premix from Mazdatrix coming here in the next week. I'll keep you guys updated on how it runs in my car. Should run much smoother from what I heard.
