JDM harness to use or not to use

Thats the question folks. I have been reading lots of posts, just looking for opinions here. If I properly solder the wires on the jdm harness to make them longer, would it be easier to do so then to take apart my S5n/a top end/jdm s5 top end to swap out the harnesses? I know there are a few other things I would have to do to the n/a harness, but everything is already hooked up the the JDM engine. Im pretty lazy so the JDM harness looks easier to me

I have the JDM ecu. Were you having problems with your body harness or what?

I dont remember exactly but if you got the jdm engine harness and jdm ecu it should be possible! I just remember that i couldnt really use the wiring diagram from the internet because of different colors on wires and pin config..
In the end i went with a microtech lt8..

even with the jdm ecu you will still have problems. some of the us body harness cant plug in.. things like cas and alternator. just do it right and get a us spec t2 harness and compy.

Would you like to donate to the cause, there Steven? **** looking like if I can find one its like $150. But I found some threads on the N/A wire harness nad that you only have to swap a couple wires. Hit me up on Forza sometime and we can discuss it further. VANDAMN93
