I have an old version Cartech 2nd gen Intercooler setup that was made to clear all PS and AC condenser parts. The I/C sits a bit off center, but is large enough to handle 500hp. The core is Spearco. 2" piping, all metal, that goes to the stock T/B inlet. Includes a bov adapt. that can take HKS or Greddy 2-bolt and most of the silicone connectors.

Cooler + piping is yours for $350 (bov in pic not included.)

the greddy kits are a bolt in, minus some hole drilling

there is a reason you pay alot for those kits- you either pay them and bolt it in real simple., or you try to make your own pipes work

Did you have to cut the bumper support at all? I guess you had to trim the bumper eh?

In my experience it's better to have it closer to the turbo.
