So ummmm .... I've never understood why people don't cut the zip tie, and possibly even paint it the same colour as your car so it doesn't look as bad as it already does. Zip ties are soooo ghettto!

This car grows on me more and more every time i see it.
It's slammed, beat, dirty and outrageous.
Fortitude, your car reminds me of a caddy/buick with sagging rear springs on blown struts.
I'd rather have my car look ghetto with zip tied on aero vs ******* with all those bolts. I snapped alot of mine removing my front bumper anyway and it sits just as flush with ties and looks fine. I'm using them on the inside though. It took me a little over 2 hours to do a front end swap because of the bumper bolts. PB blaster got pwned.

It doesn't really matter to me what you think about my project. I've had it for four days and I'm happy with it so far. Anyways, I just posted a pic of a FC Stock Body with Six inches of Drop and Fcdrifter just said he is only seeing 3 inch drops...wtf?

Pro tip, 6inch of body moldings(you know those ulgy *** kits people put on these cars) does not count as a drop in my book. I mean hell the cars with kits are actually sitting higher than a couple of the cars without the gayness.

I thought this forum still had performance enthusiasts on it. When I hear an RX-7 owner say his car is slammed, I picture a well setup car that handles great. Hence my clicking on the thread. Dropping the car that far is purely for looks.
I'm not hating on anyone's car/cars specifically it's just a general dislike for the look.

well just keep cool man, its like going into a skateboarding thread where everyone is talking about skateboarding and saying skateboarding sucks lol
some of you guys arent open minded regarding cosmetics.... Nothing wrong if someone does it for visual.. same reason dudes build up 400hp rotarys, you dont need it, but they do it.. You dont have to agree with it, but do respect it.
Driving a low car with coilovers feels pretty good.. Alot better then typical spring/shock combo. It really gives you a "feel" for the road.
