I can gurantee that cut springs will not perform near as well as coilovers. Yes it lowered your center of gravity but you do realize you have reduced the performance of your strut and the spring rates etc. It may reduce body roll but a good even sway bar seyup would have done the same... I'm not bashing you but from a performance stand point and your suspension geometry you are not adding any substantial performance to your car... I would guaruntee that.

If you want a nice stiff ride and a lower center of gravity with 90% less body roll cut or heated springs can be a good upgrade to performance if your on a budget. Or if you just can't justify spending the blue book value of the car on coil overs.

As I stated, this cost me $10. Coil overs cost $1000. Ask almost anyone that has done OEM strut/spring modifications "correctly" and they will tell you that it feels and handles much better than stock. I know that coil overs perform better. From mine and the stand point of everyone else running around with modified springs, this modification is an upgrade of stock suspension (unless you want cushy Lexus ride quality with blown 20+ year old struts) and a great alternative to spending $1000 that you just don't and never will have extra.

do you autox your car? do you do any motorsports at all? do you understand the concept and the positives to a proper strut and spring setup on a car?
aparently not. i just saying that what you have done is lower your car and reduced both positive and negative aspects to the performace of your suspension. im not going to beat a dead horse with you. and you could have easily just gone with a proper setup not necessarily coilovers and made your car handle a million times better. have you ever driven a car properly setup and corner balanced with the right suspension?


right now icant even stick my toe under the front bumper, or sideskirts. frame rail is bent and beat up. my aero is cracking sick like.... just theway i like it!
ican stil go lower. I have two collars on the tein coilovers, Ican take off one more collar just to drop it 1/2 inch more all around..
