Help no start 1990 n/a codes 11 12 13 18

So today I took to the task of swapping to rising rpm fuel rails, and putting my turbo II intake manifold on my 1990 n/a rx7. After doing all the work my car is not starting. It will crank it's getting fuel and spark but won't run. Every 5-10 attempts it will start rev up to 2000-3000rpm and then just die no response from giving it gas. I pulled codes 11 12 13 18 25 as well as some higher ones that I believe to be involved with emissions delete. The car is my daily driver so this is a bit urgent for me to fix I could really use some help guys.

Also I kept the same throttle bodie nothing changed there never had a problem with it beofore

Did you plug your MAF sensor and TPS sensors back in? Why would you put a turbo manifold on an NA? You'll have less power.

RX7 FD & Series 5 Error Codes

Also, wrong section.

Check all your sensors then. Start with the AFM. It seems you have something unplugged. I am suspecting the AFM, because if i remember correctly, you'll throw codes for those sensors if it is unplugged. I could be wrong.

I had to lengthen the wires on the maf but I did them 1 by one to avoid wiring errors. So I don't think that could be the problem. Everything is plugged in. Does it matter if I use a na tb spacer on the turbo manifold? I'm not using those vac lines.

Did you solder and tape those wires?

yes all solder and shrink wrap w tape around. i ended up putting all the stuff back on and it started right up. Now the only problem is that its not idling right. Could it be that i removed the 5th and 6th port sleeves and actuators? While driving its fine, when coasting in neutral its fine, but when i come to a stop it drops and jump and after 3-4 time it stalls out.

vacuum leak at the intake funnel? FPR vac line unplugged or routed incorrectly. TB clearance and or TPS adjustment out?
