Yes, I've learned an insane amount of stuff from HAILERS. In fact, I have many of his screen caps saved in my 'rotary tech' folder.

 

Yeah when there seems to be no input on some topics... he comes in with that older sage style of recommendation that is almost all of the time the root of the problem along w/ the solution. He has helped me out in several of my threads "and for that... We thank you!" < Cue Daniel Tosh's Tosh.0 line from his show! lol.

I'll also admit that every time I view a thread where some noob is having a problem that he's going crazy about and I see a post from HAILERS I immediately proceed to close the thread

 

Definately a great guy. He was a major help when I was first starting to get in depth with trouble shooting the FC.




My contribution

 

It's scary how deep his knowledge of the RX electrical system is...I'll bet very few factory techs could match it.

Knowledge + patience + willingness to hang in till the issue is solved= win.

 

reading his posts has taught me a LOT about electrical systems, vacuum routing, and emissions. I think he's the first guy on here to fully grasp how the ACV works for example.

 

What nobody knows is that HAILERS is actually Felix Wankels long lost great grandson.

For those of you who have read this thread, have received helped from HAILERS and haven't shared appreciation, GDIAF.

 

I realized I know nothing about HAILERS. Most of the big contributors around here, I at least know their first name and have likely seen a picture or something some time, but HAILERS' identity is completely shrouded in mystery .

I'm beginning to suspect he's a robot, who's prime directive is to acquire and distribute complete knowledge of every aspect of the second generation RX7.

 

Whats even more impressive is that he is a robot that wired himself.
