The LIM from the FD doesn't fit on the S4 or S5 blocks. You are either going to have to machine an alumium adaptor to bolt the FD LIM on the block or the other(most common) option is to use a S5 TII LIM and either port match the FD UIM to it or make or abtain an adaptor between the S5 LIM/FD UIM. Since your profile says Romania it would probably be easier to have a alumium adaptor machined/made between the FD LIM and S4 block.
There is lots of info on this, if you do a search it should net you some more info(but it's all on the second method I mentioned above).

How about "simplifying" the manifolds? I have see this one guy cut and reweld a lot of the stuff on the lower manifold, all kinds of extra crap you dont need, and it looked a lot cleaner withought it all on there.

You can port match the FD UIM to the S5 LIM manifold and not have to use an adaptor, But it's not the best way.But saying that neither is using an adaptor as that increases the length of the runners. The best way of doing it is not using an adaptor and fill welding the FD UIM with aluminum and then port matching to the S5 LIM to keep the inner runners the same shape and diameter(if you don't the inner FD ports will be oval and larger). Just take a S5 TII gasket and match it around the center hole of the FD UIM and you will see exactly what is needed.

By the way this should be in the 2nd. gen section and not here. This is for pictures and non-tech. stuff.Good luck.

I did that swap. I used a S5 lim with a S6 uim and throttle body on a S4 block. The ports are matched and I am using an adapter between the two manifolds. As far as finding an adapter, I forgot who makes them, but I'll do a quick search.
