Well that's what I'm talking about. The overall look is my inspiration. I love it.

Sidepipes, not skirts. Long story but something I've done to work in the gray area of the rules for my class.

Action shot, might be able to make them out a little better.

tinner's car is "proper" stance. not the "hellaflush" stance like rcfc's.

Mind sharing the info on the body work a little more? I'm really liking that front lip piece and the sidepipes.

I'm not down for quoting the same picture 3 times on one page so i'll just say, yes, that's proper in terms of function.

Mine is sitting like THIS currently:

Raised it an inch all the way around and took the kit off so i can make it through the winter and get lots of seat time/practice in without scrubbing/ripping my kit apart. Waiting on 18's as well. I might go with 19's in the rear and 18's up front mid 2011 if funds allow.

RCFC's car is very nice. He's opinionated as **** but atleast he's not a bitch who refuses to stick up for himself and his ideals. We just dont need page after page of person against person on the forums. **** that ****. Love cars, love life and keep **** all smiles.

This whole thread sucks. You're all queens, except for the NASA guy with the black S5.

This is how you do it. Shitty paint, Split air pipe hanging down and wheel gap.

The front lip is constructed of .050" aluminum and ties into a undertray that extends to the leading edge of the subframe. The sidepipes are odd to say the least. They are constructed of 2" schedule 40 stainless steel pipe. There is a box type section on the inner side of the pipe that both seals to the pinchweld seam of the unibody and is packed with stainless steel wool for sound reduction. And the pipe is drilled with somewhere around 300 7/32" holes in the area the box section attatches to. Sounds heavy? Yes they are but I need the weight to make my class and You can't get the weight any lower than below the rocker panels.
