Built in '85 by Mazda's Belgium competition dept for Gruppe-S Rally, but the series was cancelled before the car's debut.

speedhuntersdotcom did a feature on this car i believe looking at the pics might not be same car

The spec sheet in the article has the 13b as 2.3 liters. It looks like an official looking document from Mazda.

Note: After some more reading, the car did have a 20b at some point.
