Got out Saturday night for the first time in weeks, and the first time since last year with dry decent roads. Met an old friend and I showed him how much I've improved the car since 3 years ago, right after I got it and the only time he'd been in the car. He was pleased we may or may not have hit 140mph that night

Shew, I'm finally working again and I'm hoping to go on one of those drives with no destination since I've got money for gas. lol.
But yeah, the first drive after a long time is always the best.
That and whenever you fix something/improve the car and drive it....
Just fixed my high rpm lean issue and hit the redline for the first time in a year...

So I was driving the seven and was playin cat and mouse for about 20 minutes with this guy I saw. Apparently we both needed to cross town to the same areas, lol.
He's supercharged, so when we both got on it, he'd take the lead, but once I spooled I'd pull on him... man I love being turbo.
I've been debating on which kit to do (shine half bumper, skirts, and rear bumper caps, or gp kit) and after seeing his clean vert, I'm going with the gp kit. I know it's played out... online, but there aren't that many in CO, so it'll be different, lol.

I'm planning on supercharging my fc someday, but I've heard bad things about the extra stress on the e-shaft.
Must be fun having other fc's around.
Around me there are three rx-7s, all fcs, and I own two of them.
The other guy never drives his.

I have yet to drive either of my FC's, but I did start dismantling my Claret Mica for part out today. I hate to do it to the car, but it's getting recycled. And NOT sent to the crusher. Plus the proceeds are going towards my build.
