Driving on the street in Cali, the only windows you can eliminate legally are the side and rear*. Driving anywhere not on the track, the only windows common sense would dictate you should eliminate are the side and rear.

*What I do if I ever get a fix it for the tint on my side windows. Take out the windows, get it signed off, put the windows back in, go to the court and pay my $10 dismissal fee.

haha. i dont want to eliminate the front window just chop it hot rod stile. ps stig is the coolest. pps you can borrow my windows if you want.

my fear would be driving and then the little rocks that usually fly up and crack the windshield would go into the driver or passenger...yikes

You know all those splattered bugs and rock chips on the front of your car after you drive down the highway?

Imagine that on your face...


If you do it, at least get a roll bar. We've seen several vert rollovers on this site and the windshield frame has certainly saved a few lives.

Also, you'll have keep your car covered all the time (unless you have a garage of course) because the original top won't work obviously.
