This past weekend we picked up an 88 vert for 500 bucks here in Austin this thing is very clean and pretty much all original, I think the only aftermarket thing is a power wire for a system that was hooked up before, why I dont know its a vert, haha, but here it is...

if your going for sleepy eye look, that is way too high. gotta be like half or 3/4 of that.

 

no v8 I hate that crap, and its not running I just did that real quick to make it sleepy and I dont know what your talking about I rock the lights at all different heights man there is no certain height for sleepy eyes that why they make piviot headlight controllers.

so what are your plans for the car??

 

For now just going to be focusing on getting a cheap replacement n/a 13b, chassis and suspension work as well, all new bushings, MAX Competition Coilovers. Going to take my time with it and do it right. But there are plans for a swap to a better engine along with the drivetrain.

awesome I love em, damn yours has 274,000mi, did you do a rebuild or anything?

 

i havent. and the compression is at 85 psi or so with my altitude of 7000 feet - i am guessing it's been rebuilt. if not - holy crapola

i havent posted any pics yet - so you get to see the first one. its the leather model re-upholstered into blue cloth.

The only thing I need is the stock radio for a vert, which i am still hunting for.

 

headlights seem broken, but nice deal otherwise.

ive never been in a ls1 fc but ive been dying to ride along in one...not saying that i will do a v8 swap but to each his own
