boredom + my roomie's ghetto rx7 + tape + some cheap *** spray paint = win.
the tape actually cleaned up his paint thats why it looks funny lol. and we only had black paint

you should see the giant dent he has in the rear.. the car ought to be totaled but it all hes got and we just make the best out of what we have and there isnt a pinstripe in the middle they were taping over while i took the pic.

I can't hate on it that much because I just rattle can'd my hood, but from what I see in your pics, you were WAY too close spraying AND you were outside. That overspray looks ka-ka.

I like how the spray paint shines more than your normal paint...

 

yeah that was my roomie doing the painting.. he sucks with a spray can but it got the job done sorta.. it made me laugh if nothing else

 

+1 for putting the stripes on the windshield and back glass!!

ill take a pic of his driver side when he gets back tonight.. theres huge dent in it where the previous owner crashed into a golf with it.. it kinda sets the theme of the car.
fyi: racing stripes add bout 40 hp. thats way more than stickers!

$6 worth of stripe tape would have probably came out better, for the budget minded use electrical tape!

The first picture with the tape on looks the best, like painted white stripes from afar. Next time just leave the tape on and don't paint it, looks way better. And adds 80hp.
