Crappy pics of the FC's I've had. (lots o' pics)

Heres little information about me.
My first FC was an 87 Base model, I got it from my brother when I was 15. He had rear ended some lady and messed up the front, and he left for college so he couldnt fix it.

I had it painted blue the summer before my senior year of highschool.

It only had the two sets of wheels on the car for about a month, then I realized how stupid it was.
Anyway, I rear ended a girl who caused a four car accident on valentines day of my senior year. She told her insurance company I cause the accident, then I faxed them the police report which my car was not included on, and all the pictures I had. I only had to pay for her bumper, which she never had replaced. She totalled that black buick too.

After that I got a new bumper, painted it primer black, and fixed the hood in between the headlights and painted that primer black. It didnt look too bad. I then got some s5 tails for it, put some suede FD seats in and put a Black TurboII spoiler on. The car also had a bunch of suspension stuff, it was a blast.
Then I taraded it in and got a Volkswagen GTI, and planned not to mod it and just to use it as a reliable DD.
The idea to not mod it lasted a few months.
Heres waht it looks like now, and I'm not going to tell you about it sicne this is an FC thread.

Then in october of last year I tried to sell the VW to buy my Dream FC. I came pretty close, but I realized it was stupid to sell a reliable quick turbo car that gets near 30mpg city and decided to just buy a cheap FC and fix it up.

I bought this Gem in January of this year plannign to fix the rust in the floor.

It's a great runner, but I uncovered a lot more rust than I anticipated it it was going to be money to fix it right. I still have that POS and am parting it.

I started looking for another FC, found a few that were too expensive and some that were too far away. I really wanted a TII, but I found a Local member here thinking of selling a GTUs. I jumped and went to check it out. The guy is really cool and he has 3 other RX-7's including a Black On Black GTUs.
The red one I was looking at didnt run right, but I wanted it. I bought it, and brought it home and checked the compression. The rear rotor has no compression and I'm thinking it threw a seal.

I just used some cleaner wax and then waxed it today. The paint was very faded, and is still pretty dirty. The towel I was using was just about black when I was done. It really needs to be buffed, and polished.
I snapped some quick crappy pics as it was gettign dark when I finished.
I'll take more later, I promise.

The datestamp on these pictures is wrong, I didnt set the date on my camera yet.

Hope you all enjoy, I have to go coook dinner now.

That lips is off of an early 90's Mazda 626. I did a writeup back in the day.

Here it is.

Man, I wish I had the money to do that too. There are tons of FCs out there just waiting to be sparked back to life!
