Next step is to take it to the body shop and see if the chassis is worth saving.

Wow, that is a lot of rust. I'm pretty lucky with mine, even thought the top is leaky, I have practically no rust!

that isnt too bad. try owning a turbo dodge for a few years and your tolerance of what is called "rusty" changes.

what're you talking about dude.
driving with the top down in the rain is like one of the best feelings
in the freaking world. triumph over mother nature.

honestly, you haven't lived life until you've driven in the rain, top down.

That sucks! Some of the most fun times I've ever had, has been driving my car in the rain and snow... See, mine will never see dirt, which really depresses me, because I grew up "rally driving" in the dirt. Although if I ever get a new paint job, I'll take her out on "High Drive" a couple times!

Layout your definition of "worth" and I'll tell you lol

By the looks of the perforation onto the inside I'd guess that floor is going to need some serious patching, let alone the rails etc. underneath. And once you start tearing it aprat to that level, you unleash a massive ball of wax what with brake/fuel lines etc.
