Baseball Bat Fender Flaring?

I remember a while back when I first joined I saw a few things on flaring your fenders by rolling it with a baseball bat. Any pics or walkthroughs on how to do this?

Ive done it before and the results are just as good as using a fender roller. Its much faster this way too. Go to youtube.com and search for fender rolling. Theres plenty of videos there.

yeap +1 wan, I also have done this method. Works phenomal, just do it gradually and you will be fine. I'll take pics if i have a chance.
works just as good as a fender roller if you are patient.
use a heat gun if you dont want paint cracking, i didn't even bother as I have some body work to do this winter anyways.

My first attempt at fender-rolling. Aluminum baseball bat wrapped in electrical tape so that it could "grip" against the tire and rotate, even with a lot of pressure coming down on it from the fender being rolled.

Dude STFU you dont know what you're talking about. I'm guessing your conclusions came from your years of experience.

I wouldn't even be talking coming from a person with a bullshit ricer drop. Accomplish something and we'll talk.

I have never gotten any negative feedback from anyone about my rear fenders. Instead I get people asking how I did it.

I know you don't know something everyone else doesn't.

Instead of wasting your time on useless bickering, how about a small how-to primer on correct fender rolling/pulling using a bat so some poor sole doesn't fu*k up their quarter panal ?

I'm telling you....it takes TIME. Everyone that asks me..I tell them, the more time you take, the better results you will see.

You might have gotten the wrong impression of this method because of the shotty results you have seen. I have seen messed up fenders even from the Eastwood fender roller.

Half of the people doing this method have nothing to go by..trial and error is what they get. I have seen people do it before...just like some people mention. This is a gradual method..AKA it takes time.

look how high your car is, doesnt need a ROLL, or a PULL, my car bieng as low as it is, was done with a body dolly, and only slightly rubs, when taking turns fast enough, what is so ricer about mine? suspenion is fine now, has enough travel for what i need, is your suspension so soft that you need all that space because of SAG?? not mine, so i dunno, to each his own

its kind of self explanatory

step #1. heat the fender so its hot but not burning to the touch
step #2. grab something round of the appropriate diameter and jam it between the wheel and the fender
step #3. move the car slowly and guide the tool. it should roll with the car.

for a more aggressive roll/pull, step up to something bigger.
the end

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DDTK9IjKIYU
this video includes both the hammer the **** out of it method, and the roll it with a pipe/bat method

and people, please don't pull your fender just for the hell of it. a pulled fender on a car that doesn't need it screams 'i don't know wtf i am doing. i am a dumb ricer. please punch me in the face.' it's like widebody on a car with wheels that don't even fill the stock fenders.

it took me about 15 minutes to roll all four corners. hammer method on the front fenders, pipe on the rear. might be more complex for a flared pull

What BULLSHIT is this?

You're in San Jose? Drop the attitude and post pictures of your so-called car. Still rubbing after being done on a body dolly? Give me a break. If you're in San Jose, then meet up with me and we'll see if you can still talk ****.

Oh, and here's a pic of my car for you so you can't whine some more. Roll and pull front and rear fenders. 17x9 +22 RPF1s front and 17x10 +18 RPF1s.
