Another "is this real thread" (NARDI)

so im bday shopping this week for parts and i keep comming across these

Im not into buying ebay knock offs of anything, but they mentioned that alot of these Nardi steering wheels are made by the NARDI company, their just not parts of the original 500 that were distributed within the 1st edition models.

can anyone confirm this? or any experience with these 2nd...gen...wheels? i guess if thats what you want to callem lol

heres what it says

** SPECIAL NOTE ** Thanks to a reputable steering wheel manufacturer, we're able to offer this reproduced (replica) wheel at an affordable price. The original retail price of the wheel is $250 or more. Today, for a limited time, you can buy the same quality steering wheel for fraction of it's original cost!

This is not one of the original wheels. A limited quantity were replicated and reproduced from a professional & reputable steering wheel manufacturer. The quality of the leather, RED cross stitching, and the Nardi signature are exactly the same as originals. Quality is guaranteed.

They're replicas. Good quality from what I've heard, never seen one in person.

Those are not produced by NARDI, but they do look identical. I say you buy it and be the first to let us know how it is.

yeah its a knock off. Nardi wouldnt be that sloppy to let extras get passed them.

your typical momo hub will work.

be careful.. some of those ebay steering wheels are super flimsy. i had one given to me and after getting it installed it came back off. i could bend the hoop with probably 20# of force on it. all i could think of was getting impaled on the steering column from the wheel giving out in the case of an accident.

buy legit **** and be happy.

also depending on the knock off will determine your hub. nardi and momo have slightly different bolt patterns.
