holly scrap, the guy just called me he got side swiped at a intersection.

could i get into any trouble, i sold him the car I gave him a bill of sale. I was getting him the title tomorrow becaue I had to go to the dmv .

 

All that work for nothing?

 

WTF!! I just got back from seeing it. .The car was clean and I hesitated on buying it. I wanted to think it over. It really sucks this happened.

David Carr a Marine station in pendleton. He got two tickets no proof of insurance and no registration. The good thing is the lady admitted she rolled the stop sign and clipped him.

He wants to part it out now so if anyone is interested send him a text and let him know what you need. Dont flame the guy ,sucks this was his first rx7 just dropped $4000 cash to burn in less than a hour by accident. 813-482-3289

When you guys where looking at it remember i got a call ,well it was the same guy. He called me up afterwards said he wanted it ,showed up with the money too. So instead of taking a deposit and letting him go i told him to give me the full amount , wrote a bill of sale and he toke the car to the base .

I was worried because it only had a temp registration and it still under my name but the bill of sale is what the cop went by. I will find out what he is gonna do with car tomorrow.

Damn, feel bad for this dude.

 

The quarter panel isn't easy to replace, any damage to that and the car is considered totaled.. Not to jinx anyone but thank god it wasn't juiceh's!
