87 turbo II different cluster

I was checking out a 87 turbo II on ebay, and I
noticed the temp gauge cluster had a different
feature on the temp gauge. It had a small led
light and said fan below it. Never seen that, as of
March 28th its still on ebay if you want to check it
out. Just have never seen that on any rx7.

That means it has air conditioning and an extra fan. I believe if that electric fan fails, the light will come on.

Its to tell you the electric fan is in operation. My aux fan temp sensor wire broke (on top of the thermostat housing) and apparently if the fan receives no signal it runs ALL the time. Mine did, until it burnt out.

Thought about replacing it, but I'm considering removing a/c altogether (never worked) and going v-mount.
