Where is this leak coming from?

Where is this leak coming from?



Looks like it's from the fan pulley, but can't be sure. Can anyone confirm is this is my water pump?

The weep hole for the water pump is underneath the water pump pulley. If you take the pulley off you should be able to see it and tell for sure if that is the source.
