Where can I find a Brake Booster?

I have an 86 NA Base model and the brake booster went out. Seems to have a vacuum leak so I assume its cracked or something. Pressing on the brakes is hard to do and Ive noticed a constant hissing sound when I do so. The Idle also dips when im holding down on them at a light or something. Unless there is a way to rebuild it that I dont know about, I figure that getting a replacement is the way to go, the problem is I cant find anything OEM, and my mechanic recommended me an aftermarket option that neither of us knows if it will actually fit or not.

Im looking at part # 53-2120.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Rockauto.com has them. Sort of. Theirs is a return and rebuild so you send them yours and they rebuild it and send it back. Well they don't. The brand listed is Cardone so I guess they are who does the actual rebuilding.

so Cardone used to be a HUGE rebuilder, but the story i heard is that when they moved factories, they lost all of their cores. This is partly why things like calipers, and brake boosters are hard to find

53-2120 will never ever be available

"Booster Dewey" might be a good bet too. They have a superb reputation for vintage car booster rebuilds, and did one for me for a classic car.
