no I mean I’m not sure what to do with those lines and I know the intake is supposed to go on top but what do I do with all the lines like where do they go I had a friend helping me that got me to this point but he left. I’m wondering what I need to do at this point

Why don't you take some more pictures, close up, use some MS paint, some circles and/or arrows (you do know what those are, right?) to more clearly state your issues?

I’m asking about the vacuum hoses and the engine harness the fsm says to put it on as an assembly I’m confused as to how the harness and vacuum hoses go in. And also I don’t see a mark for the auxiliary port valves

Okay so judging by photo's we have an S5? 6 port N/A motor. Am i correct? Do you have the lower middle and upper intake manifolds?

Yes you are correct and yes I do have them. I won’t be running a/c or an OMP. And I have no auxiliary port sleeves because it’s broken on on side

You need some oil injectors or block off bolts too.

Yes I would plug the Oil metering provisions with a brass plug insert or something similar. (used oil dribbler works too)
