Turbo Fixable?

Turbo Fixable?
Oil is getting into the exhaust.
I wasn't sure if it was a bad turbo or an engine issue.
I dropped the turbo/manifold and found that the exhaust ports on the engine are dry, so leads me to believe that the turbo is leaking oil into the exhaust.
Is something like this fixable or would I need to replace?

Check your PCV system. You might be experiencing too much positive pressure in your crankcase and your turbo isn't able to drain. The return is gravity fed and if you have too much pressure it can't drain itself leading to the oil finding the only way out... past the bearings and into the exhaust.
If your PVC system is running correctly then I'd suspect the turbo.
