Hello I am looking to swap my factory wheel for a momo wheel and hub setup. I'd like to retain my clock spring its my understanding that a modification of the inner plastic ring makes this possible- can anyone confirm? I'd love any information that can be provided. I've read through most write ups on s4/fd wheel swaps, but haven't seen a thread specific to s5 verts with the clockspring/cruise setup.

 

you need the horn slip rings is all, the proper momo adapter should have those for the horn slip ring contacts. the clockspring should be disabled since you will no longer have airbags with the momo.
