fresh rebuilt 87 tii swap, everything blocked off,
stock ecu

bought a s5 turbo because the fan blades contacted the housings in the s4 turbo and was leaking and burning off oil from where chra mates to hot side housing. I know I need to use s4 oil, coolant lines and s4 actuator on the new turbo but There’s a secondary and larger wastegate actuator on the s5 turbo and I’m not sure what should be connected to it. Vac from intake?
Also is porting the wastegate essential?
Do I need FCD?
do I need an electronic boost controller for the s5 turbo?
is .3mm radial play on the turbo okay? No in/out play
