S4 t2 won't start..

Sup guys. So I rebuild my 13b, wire tucked the front harness. And she won't start.. I connected my spare cas and turned it by hand and injectors wont click, also tested the leading coil by grounding a sparkplug and no spark.. Fuel pump is priming, there is power to both coils, and all 4 wires to the cas have constant power(is that normal?). I had sold my old ecu and went all stock. Could the stock ecu that I bought be bad? And how could I test if there's power to it? Please help, haven't driven her since November and dying to drive her lol.

Have you tested the main relay set yet? These are essential. You'll want to remove the main relay and open it up. Have someone turn the key to the on position and watch the contacts in the relay and confirm that they do in fact close with the key on.
