Rotor Bearing check during rebuild

Hi all,

Rebuilding a series 5 13b turbo to swap into my GTUS. Have a few questions regarding the rotor bearings. I did some searching on the site, and found lots of conflicting information about what to do about rotor bearings. I took a picture of the bearing in question. The engine was pulled at 90,000 miles due to low compression. Here is a link to the picture of the bearing: https://ibb.co/cx3mrH

Does it look like it can be reused? Or should it be swapped out?

If that ONE picture you took you feel is the worse of it, run it, the copper isn't even showing yet
