Please help fc vert foglight bulb replacement

Hey just replaced headlights with led bulbs and looking to match the fogs. But i cannot get the foglights out i took out the two screws on the inner side of the fog light which loosened it up a bit and tried rotating it outwards and pulling out like someone previously posted to do no luck. idk if i took out the two wrong screws or what but I cannot get to the bulb for life of me. I also removed the headlight trim and tried getting it from the top removed a 9mm bolt that holds a plastic shroud over the lights plug then unplugged the the connector and tried rotating it i couldnt get it. Please any help would be appreciated

Are the fog lights original Mazda Finishline accessory fog lights or are the fog lights aftermarket? If you can post a couple of pictures of what you're working with, we would have an easier time helping.

i don't remember how i did it, but its possible. either you unbolt the mud guard in the wheel well, or i think you can actually unbolt the thing with a long extension

There is a clip on the other side, when I did my bulbs I did the following:

Remove the screws that are holding the lens on from the one side (cant remember which side but you can see the screws if you are on the ground looking right at them)
Pried the clip away from the housing (again I cant remember which side of the fog light it is on)
Pray (mine were super stuck because of the housing seal being 30 years old)

They are H3C bulbs but you can also use regular H3 bulbs with a little modification.

EDIT: also on a side note, they must be removed from the front, unless you plan on removing the whole assembly which requires you remove the bumper. I never had to go under or behind or above the fog lights

Remove the TWO SMALLER JIS screws shown in this photo.
You can get the entire lense and housing assembly out from the front. There is two retaining fasteners.., remove those and the unit pulls forward, the bulb can be unclipped easily with a small flat head.

Good luck!
