NO fuel in rear rotor

NO fuel in rear rotor
Imma keep it short and simple.
No plugs in the car, turned it over, fuel only comes out of front rotor. Switched injectors around, still only fuel from front rotor. Rail has more than enough pressure, both injector plugs read 12v. Why wont the rear rotor get fuel? I didnt touch the factory wiring, only took the fuel rail off when i pulled the motor. And no the hole in the rail isnt plugged either. Is it a computer issue? Im lost
