Type into google: rx7 foxed. It will autocorrect to rx7 fixed but make sure you search rx7 foxed. Download all of them for storage in case the site ever goes down. It’s the most extensive collection of manuals for every generation of rx7.

Ok I found the actual problem, I guess I haven't been to the site since I changed the setting.
In firefox enabling "HTTPS Only" mode makes it impossible to enter the site as HTTP://foxed.ca and HTTPS://foxed.ca are two different websites and everytime you manually try to change it it will 'correct' it to HTTPS for you
usually if the HTTPS doesn't work it tells you that and makes you use the HTTP version of the website, but this appears to be an oddity.
False alarm I guess, but I suppose anyone else comming here, confused and looking for information on why they can't access Foxed.ca manuals anymore will find an answer haha
