How to turn engine over by hand?

It's an NA 13B, I just wanted to know which pulley I'm supposed to crank to turn the engine over by hand, I'm new to cars and this is my first project car so I've got a lot to learn. I tried searching it up but wasn't able to find clear instructions. If someone could help that would be awesome. I've attached picture as well. I read somewhere on here that you have to take the fan and fan shroud off and it looks like there is a shaft connecting to the fan, but I'm not entirely sure if that is indeed the one I have to crank, and just thought I'd ask before I take the fan out.

It's the bottom-most stack of pulleys in your first image, with the 4 pulleys on one stack.

You may want to remove the fan to make access easier (since it's only 4 nuts) but it isn't strictly necessary.

EDIT: Oh, and engine rotation on our cars is clockwise as faced from the front.

Okay thanks, this might be a dumb question but after you get the 4 nuts off the fan how do you actually get it off? It’s free but I can’t get it off on either side.

Once the bolts are completely free, it should come off fairly easily. There is a locating pin type thing in the middle (can't see it when the fan is on) that centers it, so maybe that pin has rusted in place. I would grab the fan by the clutch part (not the blades) and try wobbling it side to side as I pull. Maybe use some PB Blaster or similar to try and soak in there.

Thanks man I appreciate it, I was able to monkey the socket around the fan onto the nut and I’m just spinning the ratchet between the fan blades. It turns fairly easy I think thats a good sign? I’m probably going to try starting it tomorrow.
