Help. Pretty lean under light load cruising.

1987 gxl with 1987 tii swap. 40mi on rebuild
walboro 255, stock Ecu

deleted: emissions, omp, bac.

I’m not sure if it’s normal but concerning. When In gear very light throttle my aem afr gauge reads 16:1 - 17:1, under medium load medium It will go to 14:1, under boost to 12:1 And idles at 12.9:1-13:1 @750rpm which seems fine just concerned about the very lean afr. Regardless the engine runs well and drivability Is good Besides the 3k hesitation.

just adjusted the timing and tps which helped and I’m going to clean up my main battery and engine ground today

also I have the orange top 620cc injectors in my secondary’s should I replace them with 550s? Engine is allegedly jdm 50-60k

thanks any input is greatly appreciated

edit: tps reads open link partially through throw do I need another one?

the TPS is a narrow range unit, it only reads from zero throttle to about 30%

I changed the tps out with another I have and tested both and set the one in the car and they’re fine. I looked a little closer at the wiring I did in the past mating the tii engine harness to the NA harness under the passenger Footwell and found the MAP sensor wires were connected to the alternator...lol. Wired it “properly” and now the car runs perfect with no hesitation besides the diagnostic light displaying code for the map. Just need to wire the alt and and a restrictor pill for map vac line
