Help my FC won’t even crank

So I’ve recently bought an FC and it won’t crank or turn over previous owner stated the engine didn’t get fuel and had a blown fuse. I can’t seem to figure it out could it be my battery, starter, or fuel pump. This is my first rotary engine pls help me.

Go to the starter with a multimeter. Large cable on starter should have 12v at all times. Smaller cable on the starter is the signal. When somebody holds the key to start, the small cable should have 12v.

get your battery tested at a part store or test it in another car.

Go to the starter with a multimeter. Large cable on starter should have 12v at all times. Smaller cable on the starter is the signal. When somebody holds the key to start, the small cable should have 12v.
