Fc questions

I’ve got a 91 fc that needs an engine rebuild and I wanna swap it to manual can anyone help me out on rebuild kits and/or info in manual swaps

What town are you in? I'm in norman and can walk you through the swap, also have everything needed for it. I've had good luck with Atkins rotary seals
