If you have an S5 they are still available new from Mazda. The S4 fan utch is no longer available new from Mazda. If you have an S4 you may have to buy a good used one. Why do you think yours is failing?

It's been having some scraping noise from that area and I replaced the alternator because i thought the bearing was bad on it but it was still making that noise and the fan itself has a little bit of play backwards and forwards so it's either that, the water pump, or the engine is just screwed but the engine isn't doing to bad cause it starts right up when warm and only needs to be manually idled for 10 secs when cold and the water is flowing through my radiator so I'm guessing the fan is what's making the noise

I would remove the fan and remove the drive belt and check for play in the water pump. A faulty water pump bearing can cause fan wobble and cause the fan to make contact with the fan shroud. Also check to make sure the nuts that secure the fan clutch to the water pump are tight and make sure the fan clutch is secured to the fan properly.
