Engine wiring

I bought an engine with a custom left side harness and adaptronic m1200, the guy I bought it from says I won’t need my old left harness but my concern is what’s inside on the harness it splits into two different boxes under the dash do I need to splice these into the new harness or don’t need them? Anyone know what these boxes are underneath thanks 3 connectors to the old ecu. 1 is goes the the harnes on the left (if you’re sitting inside) and two on the right harness
The harness on the right splits into a few boxes here. One is that grey one and two yellow ones not pictured
Here are the connectors under the console you can’t see
The new engine has the following:
Fpr2000 w/fittings (parallel) system,
Fp sensor ($105 from turblown and used with a plug on one of the ecu output),
Mtxl plus wideband,
Modular m1200 ecu,
Dr-25 sleeved engine harness,
Aem smart coils,
Custom plug wires,
Upgraded temp sensor
