Electrical Mess

The oil pressure, fuel gauge and speedometer does not work on my 88’ convertible. When I first purchased the car the fuel gauge was almost on E and responsive. However, when I filled up the car to a full tank the gauge become stuck on E. The floater is working as it should so I’m unsure why. I’m including some pictures of the mess under my steering wheel. Possible culprits to why many of gauges do not work.

all of the gauge connections are above the column. could be a bad ground, bad solder on the cluster
