Clutch problems

my clutch pedal goes to floor and stays. There is no pressure in it. I can move it up and down with my hand. I've installed a new slave cylinder and the master cylinder is ok. Bleeding the system has given no luck because their is no air coming out. Suggestions? I'm stumped
