Car not starting

1986 na gxl
recently replaced my spark plugs and it ran maybe twice without issue, but now it won’t start.
it cranks and it seems like it wants to stat but nothing happens
also the previous owner has all 4 plugs as leading, when I replaced them I just used the original set up of 2 leading 2 trailing.
like I said it ran a couple times but I’m not sure why it won’t start anymore
Battery is fully charged and the car goes to about 11 volts when being cranked.
I think my starters okay, it isn’t making any weird sounds, but once when I was cranking the car I smelled a little burning, and I’m wondering if it was the starter motor
any advice is appreciate because I don’t know what the problem is.

as far as I can tell nothings changed since it last started, it is a little colder out but I’ve got a optima red top and I’m pretty sure that 11 volts should be enough to start the car

No I’m pretty sure it isn’t flooded as I’ve been using some weird technique that someone on the internet told me about (to un flood it)

how would I check if the ecu has power?

the technique that you mentioned rarely works for me. I pull plugs, pull ego fuse. Paper in front of cyclometer holes and crank 20 sec. See if anything comes out

as for ecu, backstab plugs on ecu using fsm

Have you tried disconnecting the coolant temperature sensor and attempted to start it with it unplugged?
