Battery?

all of a sudden when I try to Jumpstart my car its not getting any voltage. Any suggestions?

got a new battery. Problem solved. Even so the "main" fuse doesn't seem like it can be taken out.

Main fuse is held in place by screws. You need to remove the plastic cover to remove those.
